It (game disc player) crashed several times. And the headset was too short for an adult mouth. I had to rotate the headset so the earpiece was on my temple so the mic was close enough for my voice to be heard. Even then, I had to speak at full volume (like in a crowded restaurant) for the mic to register and be heard. The microphone only worked when using "Inner Voice" when I held the microphone directly in front of my mouth. I only owned the system for a month before returning it due to hard drive failure. If it has problems with a new one out of the box there will likely be problems before the warranty runs out and I don't want to deal with that noise (already had to do this with my old 360 when RRoD gave it to me). It's frustrating that Microsoft has gone to the trouble of making a "better" 360 and still doesn't get it quite right.
