I bought this brush to groom my miniature horses and it works great! The bristles are nice and firm, solid, just what I was looking for. I also liked that they were narrow as I wanted good control when using them. If you are looking for good wire bristle brushes for your grooming kit, these brushes are a very useful addition. The price is also very very reasonable for these brushes and I bought several at the time of purchase. Another very handy feature of this brush is the rat tail, which has several useful uses. This can be very helpful when dealing with complex tail and mane tangles. It's also very helpful when cleaning my other wire brushes. A good all-purpose brush and I recommend keeping a few on hand.
