Compact and powerful
I've realized I haven't cooked in my oven in over two years! I was selling a freestanding stove and decided I really only needed two burners. I researched the wattage of every burner on every cooktop I could find. I wanted stainless steel to put on a restaurant style steel table. Large burner capacity exceeds 9000 BTU. most small hobs as well as the largest. A small burner is about 5000 Btu. common BTU for all burners of this size. Both can froth oil in less than a minute. The instructions were useless. Rent a rig unless you really know what you're doing.
