Broke on first use
I bought this black for my husband two weeks ago. It broke on first use. The photo shows there is a 3 inch gap. So disappointed because it got great reviews and I really wanted to like it. It has some great features (the backpack opens like a suitcase) but I don't recommend this luggage. To make matters worse, we paid more than the $39 he's now advertising. I ordered blue at the same time and it had a compromise on one of the seams but I can fix that. I don't want the black to crack.
