These shoes are just what I needed for my wide foot! I'm a women's 8.5 and am struggling to find a shoe that fits me and it took me a while but I finally found out that kids shoes are really wide for some reason. That being said, going to youth sizing usually comes with some sacrifices in terms of quality and arch support, so I usually put in new insoles. The quality itself was there but currently I'm only giving it 3 stars because the pair I received had a slight seam fault on one boot that was too chafing to be worth keeping. I'm waiting for a spare pair hoping that it is about this specific shoe and not about the design. My biggest thought I feel sorry for the child who would have received this because as a parent I may not sympathize with the perceived discomfort of shoes when a child complains about it rather than experiencing it myself. And they might not even know to complain about it!
