Review on Cheetah APTMMB Bracket Twisted Magnetic by Ken Ventura

So this is the original text of my one star review of the Cheetah TV mount: Bought this mount because of all the great reviews. We installed it exactly according to the instructions, exactly as stated, but when we attached the TV+ plate to the wall bracket we heard a loud bang and the TV hung at a wild angle. Took it off and put our old thin mount back on. We might try again to make sure we didn't do anything wrong, but we both read the instructions very carefully and have installed many TVs in the past with no problems. If it works I'll be happy to edit this review. It's good if these people don't sit down and notice; a day or two ago and all of a sudden I got an email saying something about repair, sizing and refunds. To be honest, it was getting late and I was checking my iPhone for an email with an important reply from someone else and didn't pay much attention that evening. Yesterday I suddenly got a notification that I had a refund message on Revain. Hmmm I couldn't remember anything I had sent back lately and then I remembered this unexpected email which contained a lot of stuff that I was too tired and busy to get to that evening respect, think highly of. It's so nice that they returned my money and I didn't have to ask them or send them a dented bracket. But wait. That's not all! Today my husband drove to the house with a large box of Revain (we have a mile-long driveway with a large delivery box at the beginning of the driveway) and handed it to me. Now I knew I hadn't returned anything the other day, but I KNEW I definitely hadn't ordered anything. I open the box; The box contains a replacement bracket with the same specs as the crumpled one and another bracket that was larger and included two brackets for our 55" Insignia HD TV in our bedroom. and this unparalleled level of customer service has not only earned me a bad review, but also earned me a family of customers for life.What they don't know is that I have a HUGE family and they almost all listen to me now when it comes to Technology works You have won many new customers, not just me.
