I only give this duvet 2 points because the duvet is very soft and looks cozy. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The blanket I received had a lot of protruding threads, deformed buds and missing lint in places. I immediately called Amazon and they offered to send me a new blanket for free. It sounded like the seller was sympathetic and it was just a product. Unfortunately the replacement arrived today and while not as bad as the first one (which looked like it had been used and left in a ditch) there were still lots of threads sticking out, misshapen folds etc. The problem was not an isolated incident.. I expect it will not hold up well if I wash it with anything other than gentle or over time, but both times it was accidentally sewn on. It's a shame and I hope the quality improves or there will be a lot of angry buyers.
