I originally ordered this item by mistake, I was going to use it on my friend but found it was "extra performance". I don't think it would be suitable for my girlfriend's hair type. Nobody to practice with, I used it on myself. I'm Hispanic with thick wavy hair. I left it on for 9 minutes and it worked. no more puff, no more waves; just straight and straight.
