Before attempting to use eyeliner, you must be very good at applying eyeliner. Eyeliner is VERY difficult to remove and will NOT come off as advertised unless you have makeup remover. If you don't apply perfectly, correction is next to impossible. Even the slightest contact with the lower lashes makes your eyelids stick together, even though the eyeliner takes quite a long time to dry. Eyelashes hold well, but are annoying.
