UPDATE 2019-12-28 I couldn't help it so I cut it and of course just the solder holding the legs. Price: $7.99 When I first got it I tested it with a dummy load and it could hold 2.6A and not overheat and that's enough current for a Raspberry Pi-4 so I have let it. Everything was going fine for a couple of weeks until I pulled the plug. . It came out easily so I didn't notice it left a blade. Luckily, the lost knife that was sticking out of the socket, just as it was plugged in, was on the neutral side of the socket. But it could be a dangerous situation for dogs or children if the knife was sticking out of the socket on the 110V side. You can see from the bottom circle that it was only inserted into a small part of the plastic case. The green wire (top circle) was soldered to the blade and that was all it held. It has the UL symbol (middle circle) on it, but there's no way UL would have passed that. each of these types of power supplies how well the blades are held. But next time I'll test it at 20 or more by plugging/unplugging while it's still in the inverted window. I gave 2 stars as it worked well. The case is glued or HF welded so I can't just get in to fix it. Unfortunately it ended up in the trash when it flew out of the return window and I've now lost $7.99.
