I train 6 days a week and based on the reviews I've read about this product I was expecting a noticeable increase in muscle mass. I've been taking this product for 2 months as directed and haven't noticed any gains, extra energy or improved sleep as some reviews suggest. $90.00 later and I have nothing to show. If any of you are thinking of buying this product with an expectation of gaining muscle mass, go ahead and save your money.
