You may not get full cartilage!

Seems to work well. However, when I first installed it, the black cartridge was full and the color cartridge was only 3/4 full. I emailed the manufacturer and was told that if it didn't work as "full" they would replace it. But how do I know if this is the case as the pages printed depend on many factors. Not a very good solution. I feel like they should now supply a free replacement!
