I've neglected my gym and training for a year, I've decided to go back to me so I only ordered them here because my regular spot was no longer my size and they sold out quickly. Black becomes a high-impact sports bra. Oddly enough, they seem to be on different levels. The blue ones tend to have an average effect and the gray ones have more "power" than the blue ones. I ordered Wednesday. Fits me like all my average sports bras. I still have to wear a bra. I wear a regular underwired bra when wearing lighter weight sports bras. But I don't like extra clothes. Blue has more bounce and movement than black. FYI, a sports bra should fit snugly against your body without being tight like a secure wrap you'll forget. • Low-impact sports bras for yoga and stretching. Note: Single chest effect, no support for them • Medium offers less stretch, soft rebound, designed for strength training, some cardio (treadmill walking/elliptical cardio), twins sit slightly higher • High impact. lets the twins stay in place, very minimal bounce, the more you have the more they will naturally move. But still not that much. I do squats, burpees, high knees, cardio. I needed my twins to stay there. Although they don't pop out, I was looking for something that would keep the bounce factor to a minimum. So like I said, these are medium impact bras. I can wear an underwired bra to the gym and have the same bounce. The only thing is that the boobs come out of the bras. It's not a waste of money, it's just not what I was looking for. I am 34D.
