I needed to replace my current strap so I found this item on Revain and selected it. Shipping was incredibly fast and efficient and the strap was great, however the metal frame of the first item I received had a hole for a clasp for the clasp to snap into so the strap did not stay attached. I contacted the seller who very kindly replaced it IMMEDIATELY. I cannot speak higher of him. There will be manufacturing defects, that's for sure, but if the seller stands behind the product and gets it right without fuss, then that's about it. Thanks for the quick and friendly answer to my problem. I highly recommend this product and the seller!
