I know it's easy to overlook good reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience. I was skeptical about buying pillows online because we are very sensitive when changing pillows. You can definitely remove some of the filling if it's too thick/hard for you, but we don't have to. It took about a week to adjust (a few morning neck cramps) and after that the pillows softened and started to take the shape of our heads. I bought these months and months ago and they are still holding up great. Regular queen-size pillowcases fit great and even have some free space. They are much cooler than our old pillows, which is so important to us as we live in a very warm climate.
