Very disappointed that eTechtronics quality control was such that the item received was dead on arrival. I took the time to figure it out myself (not that the installation was difficult) and then called Asus support. They were thorough and we tried two different (really good) laptops (to make sure they weren't). Also, the kit didn't come with a power adapter or instructions. I downloaded the manual from the Asus website. All in all, a poor way to save a lousy $40 on something you could buy brand new at other major electronics stores. Attention buyers. you have been warned Maybe you're luckier than me. Probably no. Floor
