A great technology partner who is always eager and ready
I like that they are very flexible with their approach when it comes to solving problems for us (customers). The team has been able to understand our requirements well which made working together smooth sailing from day one! They have helped solve some really tough challenges we had at work - big ones too! We do not find any dislikes about them as such but would be interested if anyone else feels so please share. Our main challenge was getting all systems up & running seamlessly across multiple sites within an organization.
Pros
- Easy deployment, good support
- Flexibility in terms user permissions/group access.
- Very quick turnaround during project milestones or issue resolution; always responded fast even weekends :)
Cons
- As mentioned earlier there is nothing specific yet
