I like that it has an easy to use interface, multiple templates available for each service (both paid & free), as well billing options are fairly simple too! It's not perfect - sometimes my documents don't upload correctly or get stuck in pending status when they do go through successfully- but overall this software works very reliably with our team at work so we're happy about how things have gone using them thus far.- Easy access from mobile devices via iOS/Android apps,- Allows us quick turnaround time between clients submitting their files-,.
