In the winter of 2019 I fell down a hill while snowboarding and my left ankle broke. I can't walk until April 2020, but I can't go to sports because everything is closed during C-19. I will after 15.06. return to PE (everything is back to normal in CA). The guy told me my ankle flexibility is around 50% as he suggests that I can keep my ankle below 90 degrees and that's the only way to help and build muscle back up. He asks me to get this tire. After two weeks of testing, my ankle gained about 5% flexibility. based on what PT said. the only thing i don't like. it is too hot after wearing 20 minutes. I think because it's summer. Also, there is nothing special about the massage ball. Just for fun.
