It’s perfect for what I bought it for. Which was a display shelf for my crystals. Only downfall is that the shelves are supported by the tiniest metal "prongs.” Makes me feel like if my kids or dog bumped into the shelf, the actual shelves would fall through & my things May break. Haven’t had any issues with placing items on the shelves or the appearance that the shelves wouldn’t be able to hold what I have on them. Personally, I would avoid using if for heavier items due to the lack of support on the shelf.
