I bought this for a small 500sqm office. Feet, I needed something quiet. The description meets all the requirements, the name is even pretty cool, unfortunately not quiet and you don't notice that unless you unpack it. The seller said he wouldn't take it back if the box was opened after stating that if the box was in perfect condition they would take it back minus a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping. Right now it's a dispute with my credit card company. If you need quiet, go somewhere else, it works fine.
