Review on CHUWI Hi10 Go 10.1'' Windows 10 Home Tablet - Intel Celeron, 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM (Deep Grey) by Chris Wheeler

Pretty much tablet for the money.

I purchased Chuwi Hi10 Go on August 16, 2021 for $298.81 plus shipping. I also bought a Hi10 Go keyboard case and an H6 stylus pen, which I recommend if you're considering buying a Hi10 Go (especially the keyboard case). So far the Hi10 Go has performed exactly as I expected. Windows tablet under $300. In this regard, he even more than met my expectations. I use it almost every night for daily browsing and occasional office work (it's easier to carry around than an office laptop). A few minor quirks: 1. The battery life is not sufficient for a tablet. You can extend this a bit by setting the tablet to go to sleep when not in use. However, using it after pressing the power button takes a little longer. But it also means the battery won't run out when you want to use it after putting it aside for a while.2. The power button is slightly closer to the volume buttons. I turned off the tablet several times when trying to turn down the volume :-).3. The tablet's screen protector is a bit "soft" and seems to scratch easily. Using the stylus may cause some scratches on the surface, but these are not visible when the tablet is on.4. Windows activation doesn't happen automatically, which apparently led some to believe it was pirated. It is not. A product key is required for activation, which you can obtain as follows: Open the start menu, type "cmd", select "Command Prompt" and the option "Run as administrator" and enter the following command: wmic SoftwareLicensingService path get OA3xOriginalProductKey .5 . It supports up to BT 4.2. Latest version 5.1. However, 4.2 should be sufficient for most people. Although 5.1 would be nice due to its extended range and potentially higher audio fidelity. However, with all the little tweaks above, this is a great deal for a Windows tablet under $300, especially since it offers pen support!
