Soft but you don't know what it is on you.

I had 6 surgeries on the same breast and each time I hated getting in the car because the seat belt was awkward to use and sometimes I just took it off even though it wasn't safe. With Chest Buddy you don't feel the seat belt at all. My husband is preparing for shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and I will have it used. I love Buddy's chest!
