The crease of the incision should read
Ideal for creating cut-out pleats. Even when applied over jet black eyeshadow, it doesn't smudge or transfer pigment and makes a great base for lighter pigments that can be worn throughout the day without creasing or fading. I would not recommend using it solely as an eye primer. I have very oily eyelids and wrinkles from using it as a standalone eye primer. I love this product and will buy it again. Although it can take a while depending on how much you get in the bottle.
