Maybe it's not real bottled stuff.
If I buy this product in a beauty shop, it works wonders! Makes your hair shiny and soft. However, when I order it online, my hair seems to be thinner and I lose a handful of hair with every wash. I would recommend the product if you buy it personally. However, I would not recommend buying from Revain. I don't know if they're bottled correctly, my shampoo even smells different when made with Revain compared to store bought products.
