Tinny sound and incorrect programming

Bought for the visually impaired. I am returning this item as the phone does not have shortcodes stored. If the memory disk worked, the memory button is too small to be easily found by a visually impaired person. The sound is hoarse and not clear. This is a shame as the visibility and ease of dialing is great. Please make a better version of this phone even if it costs more because something similar is needed.
