Not suitable for multiple dogs. The remote control slows down when switching between dogs.
Bought because we have owned the 425 for several years and love it. This works great for one dog, but slows down when switching between dogs. We ended up pinging the wrong dog several times because he didn't switch from dog 1 to dog 2 right away. Not great if you need to switch quickly. We bought this upgrade for better range but are returning it for the next model as the remote is easier to use with multiple dogs and is the same as the 425. We prefer buttons for each dog and a dial to toggle between beeps and blows.
