Review on Weanas Thicken Climbing Harness with Enhanced Waist πŸ§— Safety, Wide Half Body Harness for Mountaineering and Increased Protection by Corey Moulton

Revainrating 1 out of 5

This trailer is terrible.

This shouldn't surprise anyone, but this harness is terrible. It costs $25 from Revain. This should not be used in any real climbing situation. I climbed Mount Rainier yesterday and would have killed for any other suspension. My thought was that instead of a $30 harness, I could buy a $25 harness that I could use multiple times and try to get some of it. It was a completely wrong thought process. Anyone who climbs this mountain with a rope team will regret it. The main problem is that it is impossible to tighten as it should and then keeps loosening. The clips/buckles do not work. GENERAL. For the last 30 minutes of my ascent, the harness was completely loose. I carried it in my free hand like baggy jeans. It was really awful. I basically feel like I rented it because I will never use it again. Not the time/place/object you want to save for.

Pros
  • Sports and outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are problems
