It allows us as writers at my workplace to be able to work from home without worrying about office distractions or interruptions. This means I can focus more intently on producing quality blog articles for clients that are working within specific budgets. As well it has been an excellent tool when preparing documents such as contracts which have proven useful because of its ease-of use and ability to format quickly into PDF's etc. There really isn't anything i dislike too much! If there was something else we could add onto this software then maybe some sort of virtual whiteboard feature would help create a better experience? Or perhaps being given access to another piece of equipment like a scanner if needed. We're using text metrics primarily while remotely managing projects but also during meetings where sometimes people prefer not to bring their laptops out.
