worked great, fixed my key properly but apparently I didn't understand the description. I knew it was a BLANK key, but you can't remove part of the key and just use the case. The case was all I needed, luckily only the back. the new screw worked, the battery compartment was a bit difficult to install, but everything worked. So overall it saved a lot of money and was well worth buying, just a side note: the real key part about them, both new and old, is hardwired to the case. I tried removing it to use the new front but didn't want to ruin the old or the new by trying to get them out. It worked and fixed what I needed it for
