I ordered this back in January and have had no problems up until then. The razor and blades work well and the product itself was well made. BUT. Huge design flaw. To change the blade you have to unscrew the razor head from the handle and it breaks into three separate pieces. So you put your hands/fingers directly on the blade when unscrewing it. This prompted me to go to the emergency room because while I was in the process of changing the blade (which I did many times at this point) the blade slipped off and cut my fingers horribly. I've since thrown it away. Most safety razors I've seen since buying this razor are designed so that your fingers never touch the blade when changing blades. Please buy and use this shaver very carefully.
