UPDATE: After I left a negative review, the seller contacted me and sent 2 replacement cases. The seller stated that they had a 12-month guarantee on their products. So far the replacement element has held up well. So I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars for their promptness in resolving the issue. As mentioned, the replacement item is in good condition, so it was fair to upgrade my rating.
