These lights were so easy to fit. They came with glue on the back and additional glue tabs on the back. So they won't ruin your walls, but they won't collapse either. I live in a shared house in Los Angeles and wanted to put something in my pod (bed) to brighten the room and make reading easier. Boy am I glad I bought this. Not only was it easy to install, but there are so many colors and tempi to choose from. For example, you can create a smooth transition or a transition with more strobe light. You can make multiple colors or just one. The included remote control is also quite basic. You can also control the brightness of the light, which I thought was cool. I highly recommend!
