Our baby was very picky and had gas so we ordered these drops. It doesn't work right away. I gave him this for a few days and he became noticeably less fussy and even let me put him on the blanket without crying. I forgot to give him the drops for a few days in a row and he was very irritable again and wouldn't let me put him to sleep without screaming. I give him drops again and he is happy again. Cries only when hungry/tired. Of course, I'm not sure if they work because I can't ask him how he's feeling, but it looks like it's been effective and I won't risk taking it any time soon.
