Fell apart after 2 months of light use

The backrest was quite comfortable and supportive. However, after less than 3 months, one of the two structural straps on the back (they help maintain the shape of the lumbar spine) detached from the frame. Of course, my return window closed after 30 days, so I'm sticking with it. I'm retired so I rarely drive and I'm not a big guy so this thing can't even stand up to normal use. Avoid them.
