Who gives 5 stars here?

I received these shirts yesterday, washed them and then looked at them closely. The blue one had a hole right on the neck. The other three had very jagged edges that even my 10 year old grandson noticed wearing them to school. To make matters worse, all four had collars that were poorly sewn and appeared to be hanging down. I'm sending them back today.
