I like how easy it was to set up my account; this helped me get started using their product quickly without having much knowledge about what they do or don't offer.

There are some features in KBC which is not available yet but will be soon released according to roadmap given by them. Nothing really bad as far as customer support goes - very responsive team who has been helpful so far! It's great if you want an end user friendly way of setting up your own private Ethereum/EOS node (or any other public Chain) along side existing applications such as DApps developed within our ecosystem.
