The support service returned the money spent on this massager with a promotional code for which I ordered headphones (+ some other little things). Headphones, I thought, also non-working arrived - they did not turn on, the charging indicator did not light up. But out of annoyance, she banged them against the wall - they earned it, I don’t know how long they will last. The massager did not "treat" against the wall, the men at work dismantled it - they said some kind of board burned in it would not work. I ordered the same one on Ozone - they brought a working version. I am not satisfied with the purchase on , but the support service is great.
