Much darker than photos

I was expecting them to be similar to what I bought in February (SS Shovan brand). They are closer to coffee-colored cream. I prefer the lighter color as I use it as a work surface for paper crafts. Photos are misleading. As a baking or hot-press tray, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter.
