It's almost impossible to find a lemon squeezer that isn't: (a) made of plastic (b) laminated (c) made of aluminum or unknown metals. What I love: The part that the juice flows through is stainless steel, which is brilliant: simple, no mess, no seeds, a design that can be washed and made. Room for Improvement: Leaves pulp and some juice. I'd say it squeezes out the lemon by about 80%. The design is pretty clever, it keeps the seeds in the skin and out of the juice, but you sacrifice some juice and pulp. I decided not to bother with what little was left and instead just enjoy the fact that I don't have to squeeze every last drop on a manual juicer.
