Purchased to replace the wheels on my Craftsman Professional 1.6hp, 175psi air compressor. I've had them for a couple of weeks and I immediately suspected something was wrong with the price. But the reviews were good, so I went against my best judgement. The first thing that struck me was that the "axle" or hub body that the bolt (axle) goes through to attach these wheels to the frame of the device they're attached to was significantly smaller than that that came loose and the ones I saw at TSC, Northern Tool, Harbor Freight or Ace Hardware. The tires were narrower than most. They are really thin compared to those in the original. I've seen much wider tires on small 250 pound hand trucks. Even the tires on my Igloo ATC cooler run in harsher conditions than them. But faced with my doubts, I tried to use them anyway, thinking that the product description portrayed them as far more durable and useful than they seem. BIG MISTAKE! The second time, the rim of my building door warped. Apparently not only are they close to two piece rims but the weld on the hub is very weak. In short, if you're planning on using them for something small and flimsy that won't carry a load, go for it. Buy anything heavy like a generator, air compressor, or a loaded wagon locally and return it if necessary.
