I like that it automatically updates when there are changes in Revit or other BIM applications such as Navisworks, AECOBIM etc., which allows you not worry about having outdated data files with your drawings/models! It can be difficult some times figuring out what version number each file needs though so they may need updating more than once before being accurate but this process seems pretty easy otherwise if needed i've found their help desk very helpful too!! We have been able solve many issues regarding our bims by using ecodesigns including solving problems where an error had occurred during importation into Autocad via ECAD-to CAD conversion tools; creating reports showing us exactly how much time we were spending working within various projects rather then managing project assets through spreadsheets - saving over 100 hours per year due only partecipation errors between my team members who used different systems at.
