I like that it automatically updates when there are changes in Revit or other BIM applications such as Navisworks, AECOBIM etc., which allows you not worry about having outdated data files with your drawings/models! It can be difficult some times figuring out what version number each file needs though so they may need updating more than once before being accurate but this process seems pretty easy otherwise if needed i've found their help desk very helpful too!!
