The idea of bridging the gap between monitors for gaming purposes is very appealing, especially now that widescreen gaming has become much more popular, especially in the racing gaming arena. The Fresnel lens causes all kinds of distortion and halos in the image behind it. The cursor doesn't appear and things are duplicated. Approximately 4 inches of monitor space becomes wasteland on each side of the center monitor. You can't keep these things on if you're using the monitors for more serious work or business. They just ruin the experience and you lose so much screen real estate by avoiding the wastelands. So I really think it deserves one star. If you're a driving freak and really want that non-stop experience, then this thing will do it for you. But for everyone else, avoid it like the plague.
