These candles fit perfectly into our Advent wreath. I liked that you can choose smooth or realistic flicker. One of the candles was temperamental and worked sometimes, and other days it refused to light. Batteries changed, plug cleaned - without success. A funny incident happened when I added a set of remote controlled candles to the jewelry. The advent candle remote control turned off votive candles and vice versa. I had to carry the Advent candles to another room to light and then extinguish. I didn't know how to get the remotes to work in tandem. I burned a few calories from Christmas cookies!
