I noticed results right away but they didn't get any brighter, maybe just 1.5 weeks later. Tastes more chalk than mint, so deducted a star. Although I can detect a slight smell of mint. I don't mind chalk as long as my theta keeps getting whiter. Directions are very minimal. For example, do I do it once a week, a day, twice a day?
- EASY TO USE Use in place of regular toothpaste or brush straight away with regular toothpaste. Gently dip a damp toothbrush into the powder, brush your teeth as usual, gently brush your teeth for two minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.
