anyone considering buying this chair, ATTENTION! I ordered this chair in March this year and everything was going fine until last week. I was sitting at my desk, leaning back in my chair and it didn't stop, the chair kept leaning back so far it slipped off the wheels and I fell. on your back, still sitting in the chair. Scared and in pain. Contact Revain and OFM; Requesting a new chair due to a defective and broken chair back and uncertainty about the hydraulics or mechanism limiting the chair's recline too far. Revain didn't do anything for me other than give me a third party phone number. A third party offered me a different chair/the same chair. Who buys the same car model or product after discovering a defect? No one. I would rather buy someone else's chair. If this happened at my local shop I wouldn't have this problem so be careful! TO UPDATE! The armrest of this chair is torn on both sides, I have only had a replacement chair since November 2018. The quality is definitely lacking. Today's date is August 7, 2019. Do I recommend this chair? No!
