I would give it six stars if I could. I bought a kit for a 2019 Tacoma with an H key (not a knob). What I wasn't aware of was that my truck had an aftermarket alarm installed (KARR SWDS Series 5 BLUE). I knew there was an alarm but since I bought a new truck from the dealer (only 59 miles) I assumed the alarm was factory installed. Somehow the alarm had a starter immobilizer that prevented the remote start kit from starting the truck. I did everything else, only the starter didn't turn. I contacted the seller and asked for advice on why this didn't work. The seller worked tirelessly with me to find a solution. In the end he reprogrammed another module and sent it to me. The second module works great. If I press the "Lock" button three times (pause between each press about 2 seconds), the module disables the alarm, which turns on the starter, starts the engine, and locks the car again. Ideal! An additional keychain to carry is not required. If your vehicle has an aftermarket alarm, I suggest you contact the seller prior to purchase so they can program the module properly. I really appreciate the customer service I received.
