I ordered this lamp to put on the edge of my workbench but it brightens up the rest of my (small) room by reflecting the light off the walls. I deducted a star for the brightness because the color reproduction is not quite perfect; While you can adjust the overall color temperature, some things don't look quite right when compared to natural sunlight, as is common with most LEDs. Loosen the screw to insert the lamp. The clamp assembly is mostly steel for stability, but there is scratch-resistant foam and plastic at the contact points. So don't worry about damaging the paint at the attachment point. Whereas the remote that came in the box had some issues. I contacted their support team and they responded quickly and offered to send me a replacement without much hassle. All in all a very good experience.
