Received this product as a trial with their Blue-Ray Sun Gel and I love it. However; The price made me order it. I used Cerave PM which is much cheaper. Here's a point-by-point comparison: 1. Makep:rem is much more expensive. The twin pack is cheaper than the single pack, but the price per ounce, even in a twin pack, is still 3 times higher than Cerave PM (subscription purchase and twin pack option).2. Makep:rem does not contain any true anti-aging ingredients, but Cerave PM does contain hyaluronic acid, niacinimide and essential ceramides. These are all proven anti-aging ingredients.3. Makep:rem is much more moisturizing than Cerave PM (at least for me). Cerave left me dry and flaky.4. Makep:rem contains only 12 ingredients and is very gentle and non-irritating. Cerave PM has a long list of ingredients, although it should also be gentle. Both moisturizers are fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. It was hard to decide to order this much more expensive moisturizer, especially given the loss of anti-aging ingredients. But I love how Makep:rem Safe Me works on my skin and I have a lot less problems with dryness and flaking. In the end, I felt like actually feeling hydrated was worth the extra money, and isn't that what a moisturizer should do?
